Why this exists

Newspeed Automotive is a family-owned body and mechanical shop in Austin. Its customers decide in thirty seconds whether to trust a shop with a five-figure repair — so the site’s whole job is credibility at a glance: certified work, ten years of history, real reviews, and a frictionless path to a quote.

Clean four-route SPA

React 19 + Vite with React Router 7 — Home, Services, About, Contact — shared Navbar/Footer, and Motion entrance animations tuned to stay out of the way.

HERO

Video-first trust shot

Autoplaying looped hero video with image fallback and a legibility overlay — shop-floor footage doing the arguing.

SYSTEM

Brand tokens over one-off styles

Custom Tailwind tokens (brand-blue, brand-red, neutrals) keep every page on-palette and make client revisions one-line changes.

ASSETS

Self-hosted media

All imagery and video localized into the repo after hotlink breakage — boring, correct, and fast.
